Processing Time
Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time starts from the moment you receive the order confirmation, not from the payment timestamp.
Delivery Times & Rates
Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier system.
If you do not receive the tracking email within 48 hours from the shipping notification, please contact our support using the link at the bottom of this page.
Duties, Taxes & VAT
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product prices or shipping costs shown at checkout.
For shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other non-EU countries, please check with your local customs authority for possible additional costs.
Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. If the parcel has not yet shipped, we can update the details.
If the parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, send photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.
If the parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will open an investigation. Once confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion, a replacement or full refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be shipped once all products in the order are available unless otherwise specified. If you wish to receive available items earlier, please place separate orders.
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistics timelines.
