We offer products for sale online. Product descriptions, images and prices are maintained in good faith, but occasional errors may occur and we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Prices shown are effective at time of order. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed. An order confirmation creates a binding contract.
  • We may limit quantities per person, household or order where necessary (stock shortages, suspected abuse).

4. Payments and Security

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods without giving any reason.

  • Return shipping costs: unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return costs are borne by the consumer; exceptions may be stated in our Returns Policy.

  • Exemptions: certain goods (e.g., custom-made items, sealed hygiene products once unsealed) may be exempt from withdrawal under applicable law.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers in the EU benefit from a legal conformity guarantee of 24 months. If goods are non-conforming, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

8. Shipping and Risk

Shipping terms (costs, carriers, tracking) are described in our Shipping Policy. We will assist with carrier claims in case of loss or damage and offer replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, trademarks) is owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Content submitted by users is licensed to us on a non-exclusive, worldwide basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
